The Board of Trustees holds three regular meetings a year (generally held in September, February and June), and standing committees of the Board meet periodically throughout the year as needed. Official action, by a quorum of the members of the Board or Committee, takes place at meetings open to the public unless otherwise closed as permitted by the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act.
